Setting Up Your Flight Deck
Start by signing up with your email or Google account. We recommend linking your Google account for enhanced security and automatic profile photo synchronization.
Verification confirms your identity and unlocks advanced cloud sync features.
Visit the Profile page to set your Stream, Semester, and most importantly, your Attendance Period.
Setting your start and end dates allows StudyPilot to calculate the exact number of classes you'll have in a semester.
Mapping Your Schedule
Manual Entry
Use the "Add" button in the Timetable view. You can set start and end times with 5-minute precision.
AI Import
Upload a photo of your notice board timetable. Our AI extracts the subjects and times automatically.
Exporting
Download your finalized schedule as a high-fidelity PDF or a CSV file for your records.
Monitoring Attendance
The 75% Target
StudyPilot is built around the "Smart Target" system. If you enable Track Attendance for a class, it will appear in your Attendance dashboard.
